If your package arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and product.

Confirmed product defects, wrong shipments, or shipping damage attributable to ThePicks or the seller may be handled under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
