Question 1

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Open the order from My Orders. Once it ships, the tracking number appears in the order details. Tracking links may not be available for every carrier.

Question 2

Can I order without an account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can browse, add to cart, and check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save likes, and manage returns more easily.

Question 3

How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Open Picks ship from Korea to supported destinations worldwide. Shipping costs, delivery estimates, and any free shipping offer depend on your destination and are shown at checkout before payment.

For U.S. delivery, Open Picks shipping is free on $60 or more in Open Picks items, or $9.99 below $60. Estimated delivery is 10 to 14 business days, including sourcing and international shipping.

Exclusive Picks ship to the U.S. and South Korea only. For U.S. delivery, Exclusive Picks shipping is free on $30 or more in Exclusive Picks items, or $5.99 below $30. Estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days.

For U.S. orders containing both types, each type is assessed separately for free shipping. If neither qualifies, the total shipping fee is $9.99. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Question 4

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open Picks ship from Korea to supported destinations worldwide. Select your country or region at checkout and enter your address to confirm which items can be delivered to you. Exclusive Picks ship to the U.S. and South Korea only.

Question 5

Can I order Exclusive Picks outside the U.S.?

Accepted Answer

Exclusive Picks are available for delivery to U.S. and South Korea addresses only. For delivery to other countries, shop Open Picks. If your cart includes Exclusive Picks, remove them from checkout or choose a U.S. or South Korea shipping address.

Question 6

Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?

Accepted Answer

For Open Picks delivered to the U.S., applicable U.S. import duties are prepaid by ThePicks unless otherwise stated at checkout. Open Picks delivered to South Korea ship domestically, so import duties do not apply to them. For other destinations, import duties and taxes may apply. Any amounts collected by ThePicks are shown at checkout as “Duties & taxes,” and you won’t be asked to pay them again on delivery. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable on delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.

Question 7

Why are my items arriving separately?

Accepted Answer

For U.S. and South Korea orders containing both Open Picks and Exclusive Picks, the two types ship from different locations and arrive separately, with separate tracking. Open Picks ship from Korea, and Exclusive Picks ship from our U.S. warehouse. Your shipping fee is based on the order’s shipping rules, not the number of packages.

Question 8

How do I request a refund or replacement?

Accepted Answer

All sales are final, but we make it right at no cost to you if something goes wrong: items that arrive damaged or defective, an incorrect or missing item, or a package that never arrives. Submit a claim within 7 days of delivery from your order details, or email support@thepicks.io — we respond within 2 business days.

Question 9

What is the claim window and are there any fees?

Accepted Answer

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (or within 7 days of the final estimated delivery date if the package never arrived). Confirmed claims cost you nothing — no shipping fees, return costs, or deductions — and in most cases you keep the product. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Question 10

How do I change my password?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings and choose Change Password. Enter your current password and a new password (at least 8 characters, including letters and numbers).

Question 11

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings and choose Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and the same email cannot be used to sign up again for 90 days. Your past order records are anonymized but retained for legal and accounting purposes.

Question 12

How do I become a creator?

Accepted Answer

Tap Become a Creator from your profile and connect your TikTok account. Once set up, you can curate Exclusive Picks and add Open Picks to your shelf.
