This Returns & Exchanges Policy explains how order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for products purchased through ThePicks.

By placing an order on ThePicks, you agree to this Returns & Exchanges Policy, our Terms of Service, and any product-specific guidance shown on the product page or at checkout.

1. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has shipped.

However, cancellation may be restricted once the order is being prepared for shipment, has already shipped, or has been handed over to a shipping carrier.

If your cancellation request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment method, payment processor, card issuer, or bank.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days after delivery.

Because ThePicks sells beauty and skincare products, returns may be limited for hygiene and safety reasons. To be eligible for a return, the product must generally be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Returned with all components, gifts, samples, seals, labels, and accessories included
  • Purchased directly through ThePicks

3. Items That May Not Be Eligible for Return

Returns or exchanges may be restricted if the product is:

  • Opened, used, tested, or damaged
  • Missing packaging, seals, labels, components, gifts, samples, or accessories
  • No longer suitable for resale due to hygiene or safety reasons
  • Damaged due to customer handling, storage, misuse, or negligence
  • Marked as final sale, non-returnable, or event-limited
  • Not purchased directly from ThePicks
  • Returned after the eligible return period

4. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible products depending on inventory and product condition.

If an exchange is approved but the replacement product is out of stock, we may offer a refund or another appropriate remedy.

For beauty products, exchanges may be restricted if the item has been opened, used, damaged, or is no longer suitable for resale.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective product, a damaged product, or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may ask you to provide:

  • Order number
  • Email address used for the order
  • Photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and label
  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed to be attributable to ThePicks, the seller, or the shipping process before delivery completion, we may provide an appropriate remedy such as:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Reshipment
  • Refund

6. Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees may vary depending on the reason for return.

If the return is due to customer preference, incorrect order information, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees and any related costs.

If the return is due to a confirmed product defect, wrong shipment, or shipping damage attributable to ThePicks or the seller, ThePicks may cover the return shipping fee or provide another appropriate remedy.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Refund amounts may be adjusted based on:

  • Product price paid
  • Discounts applied
  • Coupons used
  • Picks Points earned or used
  • Shipping fees
  • Taxes, duties, or other applicable charges
  • Partial returns or partial refunds

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method, payment processor, card issuer, or bank.

8. Coupons, Promotions, and Picks Points

If an order is canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Picks Points earned from that order may be canceled or deducted.
  • Picks Points used for that order may be restored according to the applicable refund conditions.
  • Coupons or promotion codes used for the order may not always be restored.
  • Free shipping benefits or promotional benefits may be adjusted or withdrawn.

The restoration of coupons, promotion codes, free shipping benefits, and Picks Points may vary depending on the reason for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

9. Guest Purchases

Guest purchasers may request order lookup, shipping support, cancellation, return, exchange, or refund support.

To verify the order, we may request information such as:

  • Email address
  • Order number
  • Recipient name
  • Shipping information
  • Payment-related verification information

Guest purchasers may not be able to use account-based features such as Picks Points, saved likes, or review writing.

10. Abuse, Fraud, or False Claims

We may restrict returns, exchanges, refunds, or account access if we detect or reasonably suspect:

  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Payment abuse
  • False claims
  • Repeated return or refund abuse
  • Use of multiple accounts to receive duplicate benefits
  • Coupon, promotion, or Picks Points abuse
  • Product tampering or misuse

We reserve the right to reject a return, exchange, or refund request that violates this policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.
