Argan kernel oil sits second on the list — right behind water and ahead of everything else — so this is genuinely an argan product rather than a shea base with argan in the marketing. Sunflower seed oil, shea butter and avocado oil fill out the lipid side, and the whipped texture means it goes on like a mousse and sinks in faster than the density suggests. Underneath the oils: white and green tea extracts, comfrey, aloe, allantoin, panthenol and beta-carotene. Squalane too. This one is fragranced, and noticeably — Parfum sits eighth, above most of the actives. The brand's scent story is the point of this version, so that's a choice rather than an oversight. If you want the same formula without it, the unscented line is the one to reach for. Best for: dry body skin, after showering; anyone who wants a scented butter that absorbs rather than sitting on top. Not for: fragrance-sensitive skin, or face.
