A weakly acidic gel-to-foam face wash that lathers into a fine foam and rinses off makeup residue, sunscreen and daily grime. It is a plain daily cleanser with no exfoliating acids. Starts as a gel and works up to foam; surfactant system is mostly mild amino-acid and glucoside types (potassium cocoyl glutamate, sodium cocoyl glutamate, coco-glucoside, sodium cocoyl isethionate, lauryl hydroxysultaine) with potassium laureth phosphate. Marketed around a "5-Biome"/probiotic ferment complex — Bifida Ferment Lysate, Lactobacillus/Soybean Ferment Extract and Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate are present in the list. Also contains Glutathione, Pollen Extract, Theanine and three oil-unsaponifiable fractions (olive, soybean, wheat germ). Contains lavender oil and orange peel oil plus declared allergens limonene and linalool. This is a scented formula in the functional sense even though there is no Parfum/Fragrance entry.
