A watery brightening serum built on sea buckthorn water instead of plain water, combining two vitamin C forms with tranexamic acid, niacinamide and alpha-arbutin. Brand states 63% Hippophae Rhamnoides (sea buckthorn) water, 5% niacinamide and 2% tranexamic acid. The 63% figure is the sea buckthorn water, not the vitamin C concentration — several retailer titles misstate this. Two vitamin C forms: 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid (stable derivative) and Ascorbic Acid (pure). Tranexamic acid and alpha-arbutin are pigmentation/brightening actives. Neither is an exfoliating acid. The RENEWED formula contains no fragrance, no essential oil and no declared fragrance allergen. The original formula did (orange peel oil + limonene). Also carries Ceramide NP, Centella Asiatica (water + extract), beta-glucan, panthenol and Bifida Ferment Lysate.
