A weakly acidic barrier cream built on the three physiological skin lipids. **PSL is decoded from the brand's own material, not guessed: it stands for Physiological Skin Lipids** — rendered by the brand and its retailers as "Physiologic Skin Lipid", 피부지질성분, and *lipides physiologiques cutanés*.
