A lightweight, watery toner built on 77% Houttuynia cordata (heartleaf) water, formulated to calm reactive, congested or redness-prone skin. The current formula is the reformulated "+ Hyaluron" version, which adds a seven-part hyaluronic acid complex to the original soothing base. Houttuynia Cordata Flower/Leaf/Stem Water is the first ingredient, replacing water. Current formula adds seven hyaluronic acid derivatives not present in the original. Soothing support from Centella Asiatica, Arctium Lappa Root, Portulaca Oleracea and Chamomilla Recutita extracts. Brand states fragrance-free, non-comedogenic, cruelty-free and clinically tested. No alcohol, no essential oils and no exfoliating acids in the ingredient list.
