Policy

Good to know

  • Picks Points can only be used on ThePicks.
  • Picks Points can’t be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. Using points as a checkout discount is not a cash exchange.
  • Points expire 12 months after they’re earned. When you use points, your oldest points are used first.
  • We’ll email you 30 days before any of your points expire.
  • Points may be canceled if an order is canceled, refunded, or found to be invalid.
  • Points may be adjusted if they were added by mistake or earned through misuse.
  • Some rewards may have limited availability or review requirements.
  • Reward details may change based on ThePicks policies.
